Family-Centered Care: Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (FCC-KAP) Study

RMHC, in partnership with the RMHC Center at UCSF and the Institute for Patient- and Family-Centered Care (IPFCC), is conducting a global survey to explore hospital leaders' perceptions of family-centered care (FCC) practices in pediatric settings. This descriptive study aims to identify strengths and areas for improvement, fostering the adoption and enhancement of family-centered practices worldwide. The survey covers key topics such as family involvement in direct care, clinician practices, education, and leadership commitment. Available in multiple languages, the survey includes hospitals in 50 countries with RMHC-affiliated programs, in 6 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese) contributing to a diverse and inclusive perspective.
